What helps when you write

If you're reporting a problem with an app, including these lets us help much faster:

• Which app, and the version number
• Device model and OS version
• When the problem happened and what you did just before it

You don't need to share personal information. If the app uses an anonymous account, the anonymous ID from its settings screen is enough.
