Subscription
The app opens on the subscription screen
Fly to Flight runs on a yearly subscription ($3.99/year); there is no free tier. If you have already bought it, tap Restore purchases on that screen to get access back through the same Apple ID — even after a factory reset or a move to a new device.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Fly to Flight → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then. Refund requests go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
I paid but the app is still locked
Tap Restore purchases first. If it persists, email us with the transaction ID from your App Store receipt and we will match your subscription by hand.
Troubleshooting
Notifications aren't arriving
On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Fly to Flight and your in-app notification preferences. Low Power Mode and Focus modes can delay notifications. Notifications require an active subscription.
Flight info is missing or wrong
Flight data comes from providers and can occasionally lag; pull down on the flight card to refresh. Always rely on your airline's official channels for critical decisions. If you see a persistent error, tell us and we'll investigate with the provider.
My flight isn't found
Make sure you entered the flight number with its airline code (e.g. TK1923) and the correct date. Charter and some special flights may fall outside provider coverage.
How do I move my account?
Your access token is stored on your device. Before switching phones, we recommend exporting your data via Settings → My data.
Data & privacy
Export your data: Settings → My data. Delete your account and all data: Settings → Delete account. Without a subscription the app opens on the subscription screen; the delete link is at the bottom of it. See Account & Data Deletion for details.
